Introduction

VirtualPBX API access is available to qualified Dash customers. This API is not generally available to all Dash customers. Please contact the Sales or Customer Service team to verify the availability of your account.

The Dash API provided powerful capabilities for qualified customers to automate reporting, manage some aspects of the voice services provided by VirtualPBX, and integrate with 3rd party services.

Getting Support

API access does not include engineering support or assistance. You may contact our Sales team if you require engineering or technical assistance. We do publish information on high-level examples of how you can use the API to solve common business issues.

If your account includes API Support, please contact the team using the method provided by our Sales or Customer Service team.

Dash API

The Dash API is a REST API, that uses conventional HTTPS connections to provide access to the platform. VirtualPBX does not guarantee 3rd party services, customer-developed solutions, and/or ISP connections.
